Simon Sinek refers to this as your “Why,” and Phil Cooke refers to it as your “One Big Thing.” For most of us this is what dominates our thinking, planning, and actions. For some of us it represents the things that we value the most and go to great lengths to acquire, honor, or serve.

- Who are the most important people in your life?
What experiences are most important to you?
Looking back at your life, what do you want to see? What do you want others to see?
Imagine a perfect day. Describe your surroundings, your feelings, your attitude. What is in common with your current life?
What about your current life doesn’t fit with your vision for your perfect life?
If you had your perfect life, what positive things could you move towards?
What negative things could you move away from?
